of rivers. Alaska, United States and Canada. Also tropical rainforests
in South America. -

Diet: Berries, moose, mice, other
small animals.

- Enemies: Humans

- Facts: Wolves usually weigh 75 -
120 pounds.

- They can be
pure black to nearly white.
- Wolves are
predators. If they have to they will eat other wolves.

- Wolves run
in "packs" and have strong family ties. The Alpha male and
his mate the Alpha female lead the pack.

- They "howl",
but we are still not sure why.

- Wolves do not
hibernate, they burrow.

- Their only
enemy is man.
