St. Martina

St. Martina, virgin and martyr, the daughter of a Roman ex-consul, openly testified her Christian faith and got under persecutions of Christians under Emperor Severus. She bravely refused to fulfill pagan rituals and was tortured and finally beheaded around 226 B.C.
